1. C-FAR
Are you interested in working with young offenders? Are you over the age of 21? Can you offer up to 2 hours per week in your area? Do you want to acquire new skills? Would you like to benefit from ongoing training? Would you like all reasonable expenses paid? As a volunteer, you will provide support on a weekly basis, for 9 months, to a mentee who has completed the residential phase (phase two) on the C-FAR Life Change Programme. You will receive initial training during a weekend at the C-FAR Centre, which gives you time to assess whether you wish to proceed and become a C-FAR Volunteer. We recognise that all our Volunteers possess a variety of individual qualities and skills and it is expected that you will continue, during your time with C-FAR, to develop both personally and professionally.
