ADS-UK was formed by Barry Mason in 2003 as a straightforward driving school for learner drivers. It very quickly gained a reputation for providing quality training with excellent pass rates.

Now relocated in the heart of North Devon, ADS-UK is still providing basic driver training plus many other forms of driving tuition, including Fleet/SAFED and more.

Barry is an Approved Driving Instructor (Grade 6, as high as it gets).

Barry is also a Registered Fleet Driving Instructor working closely with the Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM Fleet), and also works independently carrying out Fleet Training wherever this is required.

Other qualifications include many years as a Police Traffic Sergeant (Grade 1 Police Driver), skid car instructor, minibus examiner/instructor with Devon Drivers Centre, Driver Improvement Scheme Instructor and holder of a full driving license for Car. H.G.V 2, P.C.V and Motorcycle. Advanced Driving Examiner with the IAM and RoSPA
