Lets suppose that you have a small business and your thinking of grabbing a spot on the internet but you don’t know where to start….Lets also suppose that you have found the Devonizer directory and think to yourself “Hey that looks great” just what I could do with to start the ball rolling..
But the big problem is that although you know your business inside out you don’t have any idea as to where to start.
Well of course its so much easier for us here at Devonizer to go and grab your listing contents from a website you already own, this saves everyone so much time, you supply the website address and we go and take the details from those pages (easy).
But if you don’t have a website already we need to take information from you, there’s no getting away from it, in order for us to create your page we need you to take some time out and gather together all the information you would like to show.
The aim is to make things as easy as possible, also to keep the cost as low as possible for you, this is why we encourage you to give us as much information as you can.
When you enquire about adding your business to our directory we shall do our best to make things as clear as possible, in most cases if your looking at having your own premium listing on Devonizer you already have internet access therefore a computer so that’s a big part of your work done.
More often than not your listing will consist of images and textual information, your images can be emailed to us as attachments, your email text can be the content of your page, you bundle it all together and send it to us.
What we ask is that if you require a particular image to relate to a particular set of text then also let us know, for example.
(photo001.jpg) this is my listing details, I shall put all sorts of text in this email and this paragraph is all about a particular part of my business, my attachments include a photo called photo001.jpg and I have indicated that it’s this photo that’s relevant to this paragraph.
(photo002.jpg)this is paragraph 2 of my article and i would like photo002 to be related to this text as its image is all to do with this text.
The above example shows us that we need to place photo001.jpg with that text when designing your listing.
